Shipping Policy

Unless otherwise specified, UPS or truck shipments - prepay and add.

Return Policy

All claims for shortages or damaged merchandise must be made within five days after receipt of order.  Damaged shipments must be reported to the Carrier upon receipt.

An RMA number must be assigned by Rochester Magnet Company before any material can be returned.  Any material returned without an RMA number will be sent back.

Restocking Fees

1-30 Days*	25% restocking fee
30-60 Days*	50% restocking fee
After 60 Days	No Return
Non-stock material or cut magnets	No Return

* Items returned for credit are subject to additional charges above and beyond the standard restocking fee per our inspection.  All dates start from the date of shipment by Rochester Magnet Company.  In all cases (unless discrepancy caused by RMC) customer pays freight both ways.
