Magnetic Specifications: RMC flexible magnets are permanent magnets, remaining magnetized indefinitely if not subjected to a demagnetizing force. RMC determines the magnetizing force based upon the product and strength you require.

Fabrication: We're specialists at fabricating a magnet product to meet the demands of our customers. We can convert our high-grade magnetic material into various shapes, from simple shapes to designs requiring intricate fabrication.

Precutting and Prescoring: RMC offers you a choice in product precutting and prescoring. Magnetic strip may be prescored through the magnet and adhesive to the release liner for easy removal. Magnetic strip can also be prescored by cutting entirely through the release paper and adhesive and halfway through the magnetic strip.

Adhesive Lamination: The convenience of pressure-sensitive adhesives is available from RMC in rubber-based and acrylic-based materials for both indoor and outdoor use. Foam adhesive is available as a high performance acrylic adhesive for bonding to uneven surfaces.

Packaging: RMC offers great flexibility in packaging. Custom-designed, skinwrap packaging for private labels or hole-punched packaging under our own label is available for retail displays.
